Returns and Refunds Policy

Parties

This Returns and Refunds Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between PASIFIC Technology FZCO, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates with its principal place of business in Dubai (“Company”), and any natural or legal person who purchases Digital Goods through the Company’s online platform (“Customer”).


1. Definitions

  • Digital Goods: Intangible content delivered electronically, including game keys (CD-keys), prepaid gift cards, ePINs, software licenses, virtual currencies, and similar items.
  • Instant Delivery: Delivery of Digital Goods immediately upon payment confirmation via automated electronic transmission.


2. Scope

2.1. This Agreement applies to all purchases of Digital Goods made through the Company’s online platform.

2.2. By placing an order, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.


3. No Cancellation and Refund

3.1. Finality: All sales of Digital Goods are final. Because Digital Goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, Customer may not cancel or request a refund once payment is confirmed and delivery is complete.

3.2. Withdrawal Right Exemption: No right of withdrawal applies to Digital Goods delivered instantly in electronic form, except to the extent that non-waivable consumer rights under applicable mandatory law prevail.

3.3. Mandatory Consumer Rights: In certain jurisdictions, local mandatory regulations may grant a right of withdrawal for digital content. In such cases, the Company will comply with those non-waivable consumer protections.


4. Exceptions & Remedies

4.1. Technical Error: If Customer does not receive the Digital Goods due to a technical error on the Company’s part, Customer may notify the Company within 24 hours of purchase to request redelivery or an equivalent replacement.

4.2. Defective Code/License: If the provided key or code is defective and fails to activate the product, the Company will, at its discretion, issue a replacement key or provide equivalent Digital Goods.

4.3. Claim Procedure: All claims under this section must be submitted to legal@p2s.gg, together with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.


5. Customer Undertaking

5.1. Customer confirms they possess the necessary hardware, software, and internet connectivity to use the Digital Goods.

5.2. Customer acknowledges that Digital Goods may be subject to third-party license terms and updates, and that the Company is not liable for outages or failures of third-party services.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the regulations of the Dubai International Financial Centre.

7.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.


8. Validity, Severability & Amendment

8.1. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8.2. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version on its website; such amendments become effective upon publication.


By purchasing Digital Goods, Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Returns and Refunds Agreement.
