Why don't I receive a 3D confirmation code when paying with my card?

The 3D confirmation code is sent via SMS or app notification depending on the bank your card is connected to. If the code does not come: Check your bank's mobile application. Make sure your card is open for internet shopping. If the problem persists, contact your bank.
