5.1. The Portals are generally available 24/7. Maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary unavailability.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to suspend Services or modify procedures at any time without prior notice.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. The Company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
